One of the most important aspects of importation is the development and identification of reliable suppliers since, without a reliable supply sources, it becomes much more difficult to attain positive results of your business.  It is for this reason that, for the past 20 years, Sinobra has continuously and meticulously compiled a supplier registry, categorized by both reason and business segment, for the convenience of its clientele.

Sinobra has at its disposal, experienced, trilingual personnel in strategically located office locations in both Brazil and China.  Its capable staff is always eager to attend the needs, from any of various industrial sectors either primary or secondary, of our clients.  In addition, standing by are various support staff that provide technical support, production line inspections, quality control and etc.

The PDF methodology (Pesquisa [Research] and Desenvolvimento [Development] of Fornecedoeres [Suppliers]) was developed to facilitate and standardize supplier search process.

 

1. Identify the Need with the client for whatever the product, be it semi-finished product, finished product, raw material, consumables, tools, machines or other equipment.

2. Increase Specifications of all items the client wishes to import to Brazil.  Sinobra personnel handle the entire communication process between Brazil and China.

3. Supplier Search Sinobra’s team in China will using its existing resources, supplier database and other advanced search tools, to quickly assemble a list of varied suppliers suitable to the needs of our clients.

4. Supplier Filter.  Upon completion of the initial possible supplier list, Sinobra personnel then apply additional criteria, which vary depending on the client, leaving only those suppliers most suitable for our customer.  These filters include such things as infrastructure requirements, production capacities as well as ISO quality certifications and etc.

5. Supplier Communication.  After a suitable supplier(s) has been found, Sinobra then provides them with our client’s specifications and begins negotiating the terms of cooperation.

6. Product Samples.  Upon budget agreement, Sinobra arranges for pre-production samples to be sent to the client for inspection.

7. Approval.  Once the client has approved the samples, Sinobra requests supplier to begin production and joint-partnership is established.
